- The processing of your personal data is carried out by the Company. Processing is carried out in its premises, branches and headquarters by individual authorized employees of the Company, or by the processor. Processing takes place using computer technology, or also manually in the case of personal data in paper form, in compliance with all security principles for the management and processing of personal data. The Company makes every effort to ensure that your privacy is protected when using its services. The Company has taken technical and organizational measures to protect your data from loss, manipulation and unauthorized access. The Company is constantly adapting its security measures in accordance with technological progress and development.
II. PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA
- You are not obliged to provide personal data to the Company. However, providing your personal data is a requirement for the Company to be able to conclude a contract with you. The Company requires your personal data precisely only for the needs of the Company (for the reason, for the purpose and for the period, as detailed below). In no case will the personal data provided by you be sold to other entities or used in any other commercial way.

- The Company obtains the processed personal data either directly from you (by providing it, for example, as part of registration for the service, or from individual correspondence with you), or from publicly accessible registers, lists and records (e.g. commercial register, trade register, public telephone directory, etc.)
III. LEGAL GROUND AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
- Personal data must be processed for the purpose of creating an offer, concluding a contract and fulfilling it, or maintaining the status of your customer account and for the purpose of fulfilling related contractual or legal obligations, such as, in particular, archiving tax documents and handling any complaints. The legal ground for processing is therefore the fulfillment of the contract (pursuant to the provisions of Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/1111 of the European Parliament and of the Council. 2016/679, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR"), compliance with a legal obligation (pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) GDPR) and legitimate interest (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- The Company's legitimate interest (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) is also direct marketing, i.e. the Company processes your personal data for the purpose of distributing commercial communications relating to its own similar services, a satisfaction questionnaire, sending birthday wishes or PF, market news and for performing simple analytics (e.g. measuring website traffic, etc.). If your personal data is processed for this reason, you have the right to object to processing for direct marketing purposes.
- If you have given your consent to the Company (e.g. within the framework of competitions, marketing events, application to receive commercial communications, etc.), the Company processes your personal data on the basis of this consent (pursuant to the provisions of Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). In the event of consent, processing takes place for the purpose of offering services, sending commercial communications and informing about the Company's events, etc.
IV. PERIOD OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
- Your personal data will be processed only for the necessary period, which is determined by the performance of the contract and the subsequent retention of tax documents for the ordered and delivered service. For legitimate interest reasons, your information may be processed for a period of 3 years, but no longer than until you object to such processing.
- In the event of consent, your personal data will be processed for a period of 3 years, but no longer than until you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, which can be done in writing at the Company's address or by e-mail to noving@noving.cz.
V. OTHER RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
- The processing of your personal data is carried out by the Company, i.e. the personal data controller, but personal data may also be processed for the Company by other persons, who may be:
- External service providers for the Company (typically programming or other technical support services, server services, etc.),
- backup server operators or operators of technologies used by the Company, who process them in order to ensure the functionality of the relevant Company services,
- to the extent strictly necessary, tax advisors, auditors, lawyers of the Company, who process personal data for the purpose of providing consulting services,
- personal data relating to debtors with overdue debts may also be made available to companies providing credit insurance or collection agencies for the purpose of enforcing or collecting the Company's receivables,
- public administration bodies,
- possibly other providers of similar services, which the Company does not currently use.
- The Company does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country (a country outside the EU) or an international organization.
VI. YOUR RIGHTS
- You have the right to:
- request from the Company information about what personal data it processes about you,
- request from the Company an explanation regarding the processing of your personal data,
- request from the Company access to your personal data and have it updated or corrected,
- request from the Company the deletion of your personal data, or restriction of their processing,
- the portability of your personal data,
- withdraw at any time the consent granted to the processing of your personal data,
- in the case of processing your personal data due to the legitimate interest of the Company (Article III, paragraph 2), raise an objection
- in the event of doubts about compliance with the obligations related to the processing of your personal data, contact the Company or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
